The End of an Era

I could spend a lot of time breaking down this year and all of the typical end-of-the-year roundup stuff... And the last few months have been pretty darn rough, but I am grateful for all of the things that went RIGHT in the last 365 days.

This one hurts...

I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Spinney (and Oscar) on two occasions: at an appearance to promote his documentary "I Am Big Bird", and again when I worked a few episodes of Sesame in 2015. The yellow feather I was given on my first day of work is one of my most prized possessions.

The happiness (and grouchiness) he brought to the world will be felt forever. Thank you, sir.
